Community Services

Heritage House offers a variety of living spaces, including 42 suites for Designated Supportive Living residents and 18 Independent Supportive Living suites, for a total of 60 suites within our community. Whether you’re in Designated Supportive Living, require memory care, or Independent Supportive Living, our dedicated team, including, Licenced Practical Nurses (LPNs), and Health Care Aides (HCAs), ensures round-the-clock professional health care. We also offer a complete food service with a variety of cuisines, personal services and personalized cleaning schedules. We believe in creating an environment where residents are active, healthy contributors to their community.

Community Amenities

From a welcoming Dining Room and Group living room with a fireplace to a Craft room, Exercise area, and Assisted Spa areas, we provide a range of amenities to enhance your daily life. Our community boasts a Beauty Salon/Barber shop for your convenience, reinforcing our commitment to fostering a holistic and enriching lifestyle. You can also enjoy time with your small pets who are welcome to live with you.
