Building Details

Community Services

At Points West Living Peace River, our community services are designed to make life comfortable and convenient. Rental rates cover weekly light housekeeping, basic cable, power, heat, and water, along with three meals per day and snacks. Additional services, such as telephone and personal laundry, are available. For Independent Supportive Living suites with full kitchens, residents have the flexibility to build their own services, starting with a base rental rate. We follow the Eden Alternative Philosophy of Care, emphasizing wellness and providing professional health care by a dedicated team of Licenced Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Health Care Aids (HCAs).

With 24-hour on-site staff, housekeeping services, and a dining program, we ensure a comfortable and well-maintained living environment. Residents can enjoy a variety of social and recreational events with our monthly calendar. Our amenities include a spa/tub room, entertainment and socializing spaces, and a hair salon. For those who appreciate the outdoors, our secure outdoor area features walking paths, gardens, trees, shrubs, benches, and tables with chairs—plus a view of the Peace River! We hope all residents will enjoy these communal areas and make new friends in their home.

Our Studio Rooms provide comfortable living with kitchenette areas, large windows, and all the necessary amenities.
