Linda Revell
Linda RevellPresident and Chief Executive Officer
Linda Revell is the President and CEO of Points West Living and Connecting Care. She is a proven healthcare executive with 20 years of progressive leadership experience known for achieving high performance in established, merged, and newly created municipal, provincial and regional public service organizations. A champion of change, Linda strategically plans and effectively actions complex, multi-site initiatives in highly unionized and professional environments. Accountabilities range from 15 to 9000 employees, $30M-$675M budgets, operating & corporate services, research, innovation, and multiple service sectors in urban, rural, and remote environments. Linda has extensive experience in cultivating strong, collaborative relationships with employees, physicians, governing boards, public and private partners, government, and communities. In addition to operating health and corporate services, Linda has created and led transformational teams in provincial & regional health organizations. Linda has a Master of Science from the University of Toronto and a certificate in Change Leadership from the Rotman School of Business and is an Adjunct Professor in the School of Public Health at the University of Alberta where the focus of her teaching is Complex Systems Change and High Performing Organizations.

As an engaging leader, Ginger Bitzer works with organizations to ignite passion and align purpose with their greatest asset – people. She is passionate about the potential of people and building great work cultures that are inclusive, where everyone thrives, and value is embraced.
Over the course of her career, Ginger has built high performance teams that are established on a foundation of trust. She believes that her experience in healthcare operations and serving those living with different abilities, provides her with a competitive advantage as a human resources leader. This strong operational acumen guides her in developing a well-aligned people strategy.
Ginger holds an undergraduate degree in Human Services Administration, is a Chartered Member of CPHR Alberta, and holds the CPHR designation.
Lloyd Fischer
Lloyd FischerChief Business Transformation Officer
Lloyd Fischer is the Chief Business Transformation Officer for Connecting Care. He has been working in the areas of Health Care, Seniors Housing and Disability Services (in Human Resources, Dispute Resolution and Business Development roles) since 2009, bringing with him years of practical, hands-on experience and documented results. Lloyd has worked previously throughout Ontario and Alberta with several companies and non-profit organizations helping them to develop conflict management solutions, investigate and operate new business development concepts and lead organizational work around marketing & communications, corporate training, human resources, and payroll, and change management.

Lloyd currently holds the following designations:

-​CPHR (Chartered Professional in Human Resources) designation from CPHR Alberta

-​SHRM-SCP (Senior HR Certified Professional) US designation from SHRM America

-Q. Med (Qualified Mediator) designation through the ADR Institute of Canada and the ADR Institute of Alberta

-​RPR (Registered Professional Recruiter) designation with the Association of Professional Recruiters of Canada

-​CM (Chartered Marketer) designation with the Canadian Marketing Association

Lloyd has also studied Conflict Management at Mount Royal University, Strategic Human Resources Leadership from Cornell University, Not-For-Profit Management with Sir Sandford Fleming College, and Human Resources and Labour Relations Management with the University of Alberta. Lloyd is also currently enrolled at Athabasca University pursing his Master of Business Administration (MBA).
